Homely

I am now set up so comfortably its almost like condo living without the pool (although there is a stream nearby: the monks have asked me to go for a boat ride one Monday). I have a fridge, washing machine (outside), kettle, light in the bathroom (was fixed today) and plenty of electricity. The only thing I don't have is a stove and hot water in the shower. I suppose I'm terribly spoilt. I have regular internet access with my personal hotspot from my SIM card. The monks continue to bring me much too much lunch. I'm going to tell them in class not to bring so much as I feel terrible wasting it, as the food is donated from the village. Oscar is proven to be a very stubborn cat. He jumped on my bed yesterday and I yelled at him to get off but he refused. Then I poured water on him and he didn't care. He just stayed there! So he has taken over now. He is slowly getting fatter on the dry food I bought him from downtown. I will have to buy more next Monday. The picture of him below is him relaxing with a full tummy after eating his lunch today.
