Teaching that is worthwhile

I've just finished my planning for the day which leaves me with 15 mins to relax before I must go and teach my first class. This morning I gave some individualised lessons. Anyway, I don't mind being tired. They are definitely making the most of me here, and I want them to. Just reading their writing touches my heart. They are so eager to learn, but can never get a teacher to stay around long enough for them to make any good progress.

Many of the monks here plan to return to their hometown or village to teach Palli, Buddhism and English there. In some of these towns, there are no educational opportunities. No schools.

I don't mind working as hard as I can for these beautiful people. I only hope I can be a good teacher for them.I'm trying my best.
