After the lesson the monks wanted to practise their speaking and listening so we just asked each other random questions. It was the perfect way for me to get to know them better and learn more about Buddhism, and likewise for them to quiz me about myself.  At one point I asked a monk: "If he had one million dollars, what would he do?". And he replied: "I would travel to all the countries in the world to learn about people and their different cultures". In that moment I realised how fortunate I was. I don't have a million dollars, but I am blessed enough to have travelled & shared & appreciated other cultures. People#are#beautiful#
