The day I arrived to visit I didn't know what to expect. We hadn't discussed that I would teach there yet. They welcomed me and took me straight to the classroom building. They pushed the local English teacher aside and looked at me eagerly. I was a little overwhelmed when I walked in and saw how many faces were staring at me. So I took 5 minutes to jot down some notes and away I went. I was on fire. I fed off their enthusiasm, dedication and respect. They laughed and so did I. It was simply wonderful.
